Background:
Commonwealth Shared Scholarships are a joint initiative between the UK
government-funded Commonwealth Scholarship Commission and UK universities and
the scholarships are accessible for students from developing Commonwealth
countries that would not otherwise be able to study in the UK. The Scholarships
are awarded for one year postgraduate taught (e.g.: master's) program. Citizens
of Commonwealth countries who wish to apply for Commonwealth Scholarships in
the UK
Nominating agencies
A nominating agency may be:

Commission

Commonwealth university

UK-based organization
·
a
department of a UK organization (e.g. the neurology department of a hospital
trust)
