Background:
Netherlands Organization for Scientific Research (NWO) offers PhD scholarship for the students of ethnic minorities, studying in the Netherland.

Eligibility:
-Both their parents must have been born in one of the target or both the candidate and at least one of his/her parents must have been born in one of these countries and the candidate must have graduated from or be a final year student at a Dutch university. Only graduate students who have not accepted a position in any of Dutch university to study for a PhD may submit an application.

Background: 

Technical University of Denmark has been dedicated to develop and make worth using the natural sciences and the technical sciences for the betterment of the society.
