Faculty of Applied Sciences - TU Delft Excellence Scholarships
Eligibility | Excellent students who have been admitted to one of the following MSc programmes: Applied Physics, Chemical Engineering, Life Science & Technology (Department of Biotechnology), Science Education & Communication, and Sustainable Energy Technology |
Value of scholarship | Ranges from partial tuition fee coverage to full scholarship |
Criteria | Scholarships are awarded to the top 5-10% of candidates based on their application materials and interviews |
How to apply | There is no separate application to be considered for this scholarship; all excellent admitted students will be considered. The faculty will contact scholarship candidates and recipients directly. |
Faculty of Applied Sciences Scholarships for Excellent Chinese Students
Eligibility | Excellent students from China who have been admitted to one of the following MSc programmes: Applied Physics, Chemical Engineering, Life Science & Technology (Department of Biotechnology), Science Education & Communication, and Sustainable Energy Technology |
Value of scholarship | Ranges from full scholarships to partial coverage of tuition fees |
Criteria | Excellent Chinese applicants admitted to one of the programmes mentioned above, average marks of 85% or higher, English proficiency of IELTS (academic) overall band 6.5 or TOEFL iBT 90, compelling motivation, interview |
How to apply | There is no separate application to be considered for these scholarships; all excellent admitted Chinese students meeting the criteria above will be considered. The faculty will contact scholarship candidates and recipients directly. |
Faculty of Applied Sciences Scholarship: Orange Tulip Scholarship (OTS) Mexico
Eligibility | Excellent students from Mexico who have been admitted to one of the following MSc programmes: Applied Physics, Chemical Engineering, Life Science & Technology (Department of Biotechnology), Science Education & Communication, and Sustainable Energy Technology |
Value of scholarship | Full Scholarship including 2-year tuition fee waiver and living expenses worth a total of approximately € 41,800 |

Criteria | Excellent Mexican applicants admitted to one of the programmes mentioned above, average marks of 85% or higher, English proficiency of IELTS (academic) overall band 6.5 or TOEFL iBT 90, compelling motivation |
How to apply | Excellent students who meet the criteria may apply for this scholarship through Nuffic Neso Mexico. Scholarship application deadline is 1 March 2011. Applicants must also have completed their MSc programme application before this date. |
Faculty of Civil Engineering & Geosciences - TU Delft Excellence Scholarships
Eligibility | Non-EU students admitted to the following MSc programmes: Applied Earth Sciences; Civil Engineering; Coastal and Marine Engineering and Management; Construction Management and Engineering; Geomatics; Offshore Engineering; Transport, Infrastructure & Logistics |
Value of scholarship | Partial tuition fee waiver |
How to apply | All excellent students who are admitted to one of the programmes of the faculty, as mentioned above, will be considered. There is no separate application procedure for scholarship consideration. Recipients will be contacted directly by the faculty. |
Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mathematics and Computer Science - Top Talent Scholarship
