Background:
The Robert McNamara Fellowships Program, established
in 1982, provides scholarship for full-time study or research at the
postgraduate level (PhD level). Scholarships are eligible for the World Bank
member countries in the fields of economic development, education, agriculture,
environment, natural resource management

Agriculture, environment, natural resource
management, Economics, health, education, or other development related subject.
Eligibility:
- candidates must be a national and resident of a World Bank member country which is currently eligible to borrow and must be under 45 years of age. Applicants must have completed and been awarded at least a Master’s degree, or equivalent and be employed as full time lecturer or researcher by an academic or research institution in their home country.
